30% deposit is required to reserve your suite, with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Renters must sign a rental agreement which acknowledges acceptance of all Casa Amatista Bylaws and Rules.

If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days prior to arrival, 15% of your rental contract amount will be retained and the balance refunded to you.

If you cancel your reservation less than 90 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund UNLESS we re-rent the suite. If we re-rent the suite, 15% of your rental contract amount will be retained and the balance refunded to you.
