Guests per suite
|
For Opalo and Topacio, rates quoted are for 2 people per suite. For 4 people add 40% to stated rates. If you wish to rent long term, ask about short term guest privileges. Maximum 4 persons per suite total, at all times. |

Deposits
|
30% deposit is required to reserve your suite, with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment by Personal cheque. Renters must sign a rental agreement which acknowledges acceptance of all Casa Amatista Bylaws and Rules. Cancellation Policy:If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days prior to arrival, 15% of your rental contract amount will be retained and the balance refunded to you. If you cancel your reservation less than 90 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund UNLESS we re-rent the suite. If we re-rent the suite, 15% of your rental contract amount will be retained and the balance refunded to you. |
